"Easy and Relatable Read"

Easy-Breezy Read: Seriously, this book felt like a breath of fresh air. It flowed so smoothly that I couldn't put it down.

Structured Storyline: I found myself stealing moments to dive into the conversation between Matt and Laura. Their journey felt relatable, and I couldn't help but get invested in how their dialogue unfolded.

Real Talk Reflections: Unlike those lofty leadership books that make you feel like you're aiming for the stars, this one grounds you with practical questions at the end of each chapter. It's like having a wise friend gently nudging you towards achievable goals.

Fresh Take on Profit: Cochran's perspective on profit hit home for me. It's not just about making money; it's about being a responsible steward of it. Definitely gave me some food for thought.

Overall, "Relational Leadership" is a gem of a book—Highly recommend diving into its pages.

"Not a boring read at all!"

This is NOT your typical boring how-to book. This book was cleverly written to keep the readers’ attention. Relational Leadership is a relatable story rather than a lecture. Whether you are an employee or the boss, you will see yourself somewhere in this story. I wish all managers, business owners, and team leaders would read this book and apply the advice given. Great read!

"Well written"

I really enjoyed this book. It was so well written. It made me laugh, cry and smile, all while learning a great technique on how to have a successful business. Same rules can apply in relationship as well. Ty for writing this. Hope more books to follow.

"A Very Relatable Book on Leadership"

This book is a fast read, and really makes its points. If you know Leonard, you know he brings his values and ethics to work every day. He leads and does business in a very moral, ethical way. This book is inspiring and gives tips on how we can all do that. I love the callouts and the chapter reflection questions. This is a great book for leaders at any level.

Meet the Relational Leadership Coach

Hello there!

I have well over 15 years of experience managing and leading teams ranging in size from 2 to 65 people. I also spent several years in a corporate training environment. During that time, I had the opportunity to train thousands of leaders so they could sharpen their business skills and better lead their teams.

I’ve worked as a project manager and managed projects with budgets from hundreds of dollars to millions of dollars. I know what it's like to have high work expectations while still needing to maintain healthy working relationships and holding team members accountable for their work at the same time.

All of this experience has helped me to better understand the complexity of both people and of business. So, I understand how you feel. I believe relational leadership is the best leadership style for the 21st century. I've recently written a book called Relational Leadership: An Introduction.
